Agriculture: A Master Degree in Agriculture with a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in agricultural sector of which five (5) years should be at Senior Management or Executive Level. A professional with experience in the agricultural value chain and detailed understanding of the Namibian land, water and related characteristics and limitations and an understanding of requirements for export protocols to large markets such as China, EU and USA will be a distinct advantage.

Geologist or Engineering: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Master in Geology with minimum of ten (10) years ‘appropriate experience in the energy and/or mining sectors of which five (5) years should be at Senior Management or Executive Level. Applicant must be a Registered Engineer with the Engineering Council of Namibia.

International Finance/Business or Economics: A Master ‘s Degree in International Finance/Business or Economics with minimum of ten (10) years’ appropriate experience of which five (5) years should be at Senior Management or Executive Level. An individual with in-depth knowledge of the Namibian, regional, or global economy and experienced in project financing and understanding of different financing models and institutions at global level is highly recommended.
