Job Details
A master’s degree in human resources management. HR certification is a plus. Proven experience as an HR Executive/Manager with a minimum of ten (10) years in a managerial role. Expertise in talent management, labor relations, and organizational development management of which five (5) years at an executive level.
- A Master’s Degree in Agriculture or related field with at least ten (10) years’ experience in the Agriculture Sector of which five (5) years’ experience should be at executive level.
A relevant Bachelor degree of Arts in Youth and Community Development/ Youth Education and Empowerment, or related field, with five (5) years of experience in youth programs, mentoring, development, engagement, education or a related role.
A LLB qualification, Admission as a Legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia at least 7 years of experience in legal practice, of which three (3 ) years should be at the senior level.
A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with seven (7) years of experience in developing and implementing business and strategic marketing plans to promote youth empowerment and youth engagement, a strong business acumen and marketing network across the sectors, of which five (5) years should have been at the executive level.
A master’s Degree in finance or a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least seven (7) years of experience in Accounting and Financial Management of which five (5) years should have been at the executive level.
